What does it help cover?

Initial Diagnosis – A lump sum payout of up to $25,000 upon the diagnosis of a covered illness.

Subsequent Critical Illness Event- A lump sum payout of up to $12,500 upon the recurrence of a previously covered illness or the diagnosis of a new covered illness.

Initial Diagnosis Increasing Benefit- Up to $500 per year to the initial diagnosis of a covered illness, for up to 10 years.

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery- A lump sum payout up to $6,250 for undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
